An inclusive Christian nonprofit run by volunteers dedicated to serving Southeastern Wisconsin food pantries and shelters with high quality meats from livestock raised in a compassionate environment.

About Us

Cross Star, located at the Starbird Ranch, began with many blessings and a dream.

Guided by his beliefs, owner Mike Ewert always wanted to help those in need and give back to the community. In 2015, his Ranch began raising and donating protein-rich Quality Meats to area food pantries and the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. In 2020, Mike setup the Cross Star Nonprofit Organization hoping to better realize his dream.

Together, with your donations, we can raise animal Livestock in a caring, compassionate environment, to help feed Southeastern Wisconsin families.

Cross-Star was recently featured on TMJ4 news in Milwaukee. Thank you for helping us spread our mission.

$20 | Provides hay for our animals for one day.

$50 | Provides grain for our animals for one day.

$100 | Allows us to purchase one starter pig.

$300 | Supports the processing of one pig.

$500 | Supports the processing of one steer.

$750 | Covers the cost of one wagon of hay.

Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.
